The Starbridge Corporation intends to carry out its activities with maximum transparency and ethics, with moral integrity and correctness.
Individuals linked to Starbridge must undertake to demonstrate total moral rectitude and sharing of values in the actions undertaken on behalf of the professional organisation.
To this end, Starbridge has drawn up its own Code of Ethics. It represents a tool adopted autonomously and susceptible to application on a general level by the subjects linked to the Firm, with the aim of expressing and applying the principles of "professional ethics" that the professional organization recognizes as its own and on which the compliance by all recipients.
This instrument, in fact, identifies the set of values that constitute social ethics, the guiding principles as well as the fundamental directives with which the activities of the Firm must comply and the behavior of all those to whom, within the scope of their respective competences and in relation to the position held in the professional organization, the Code is intended.
The objectives pursued by the Code of Ethics are not only of a legal and economic nature, but are dictated by a precise social and moral commitment that Starbridge has always assumed as a distinctive element of its deep-rooted professional correctness.
The principles and provisions contained in the Code of Ethics are binding for the Owners of the Firm, for all people linked by working relationships with the Firm and for all those who work for the Firm, whatever the relationship that binds them to it, and, more generally, for anyone who carries out activities in the name and on behalf of Starbridge or under its control, or for people authorized to frequent the Firm to carry out studies or research.
In order to ensure adequate disclosure and application of the Code of Ethics, the Starbridge Owners have identified the Compliance Manager, who represents the figure responsible for receiving, analyzing and verifying reports of violations of the Code (ensuring confidentiality for the whistleblowers) and for deal with its dissemination through the most appropriate communication channels.
